Document Certification
- £25.00 + VAT – Certification of the first document
- £10.00 + VAT – Each additional document certified at the same appointment
Witnessing a Statutory Declaration
- £25.00 + VAT – Witnessing the signing of a statutory declaration
- £10.00 + VAT – Each additional document witnessed at the same appointment
Drafting and Witnessing a Statutory Declaration
- £250.00 + VAT – Drafting the statutory declaration and witnessing the signature
- £10.00 + VAT – Each additional document signed or witnessed at the same appointment
Independent Legal Advice (ILA) and Signing
- £250.00 + VAT – Providing Independent Legal Advice and witnessing the signature
- £10.00 + VAT – Each additional document signed or witnessed at the same appointment
Important Information
- All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
- Payment is required at the time of the appointment.
- Please bring valid photo identification (passport or driving licence) and proof of address.
- Appointments are required for all services.
